A new PolyWorks license includes a complete 1-year support/maintenance coverage, with an option to renew yearly. The support/maintenance contract gives access to:


New Releases of PolyWorks

Your PolyWorks distributor has highly-trained application engineers dedicated to providing technical support and training specifically oriented toward your specific needs. Support is provided via telephone and email.

The Technical Support Zone is a complete source of information providing PolyWorks users with 24/24 access to:
  • A New Releases section, offering the latest versions (official, intermediary, patches) of PolyWorks.

    This document contains a detailed description of all tools found in PolyWorks. The Reference Guide is available in the "Help" item on the main menu of each PolyWorks modules or contextually, by clicking on the question mark "?" located in the title bar of any dialogue box or window.
  • PolyWorks Beginner's Guides
    These documents are useful tools to help new users in learning the basic notions of PolyWorks. These step-by-step guides allow users to perform typical reverse-engineering and point cloud inspection processes. These documents also include video clips that demonstrate these processes.

How to activate your support/maintenance contract

If you wish to have access to InnovMetric's Technical Support Zone and to all other support tools, you must have a valid PolyWorks support/maintenance contract. To subscribe to the support/maintenance program or to renew your annual contract, please contact your PolyWorks distributor/reseller.
