- A university degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent training. Candidates with a college diploma (DEC) in a similar field and over 10 years of experience will be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of the C++ programming language.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients who purchased the software (primarily in English)
- Coordinate training sessions at the client premises (scheduling)
- Transmit all pertinent information and answer various administrative requests from the clients, with regards to the training sessions
- Follow up on reception of the trainer's attendance sheets
- Update the training schedule in the company's CRM (Salesforce)

APPLICATION SPECIALIST
This position offers high-level technical challenges, where you will be asked to provide technical support to our clients. You will give complete and personalized trainings (3-5 days) on our software suite to ensure its efficient use within design and manufacturing processes. You will perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential clients. You will also be asked to communicate the specific needs of our clients to the software development team. Further, you will actively participate in the development and marketing of PolyWorks, our spearhead product. Finally, you will have the chance to travel around the world to promote InnovMetric Software, Inc.
Requirements
- A university degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel in the Americas, and to Europe and Asia as well.
Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our clients.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes.
