Objective:
The objective of this 14-hour training is to help metrology operators, technicians, and engineers, who have completed a basic training, to optimize the preparation of their inspection projects using tools found in PolyWorks|Inspector™. More specifically, it covers multiple strategies to accelerate the creation of new inspection projects, prepare contextual views of measurement results for enhanced reviewing, and standardize the best practices for project creation across an organization.
Prerequisites:
- Trainees must have successfully completed an official PolyWorks|Inspector basic training.
- Trainees must have used PolyWorks|Inspector for a few months following their basic training.
- Trainees must have basic knowledge of metrology and the ability to read drawings with tolerances.
- Trainees must have basic computer skills on Windows operating systems.
Outline:
- Accelerate measurement plan definition
- Define essential project information to ensure traceability
- Organize measurement results for efficient review and analysis
- Standardize project structure across an organization
